Deposit / Payment Policy
We require a $200 deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation to be settled from the credit card a week prior to arrival. Should your booking be inside the week of arrival the total amount will be deducted.
If the booking is for the Christmas / New Year period a $400 deposit is required with the balance to be taken out a fortnight before arrival. Should your booking be inside the fortnight of arrival the total amount will be deducted,
Cancellation Policy
In the event a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the booking was due to commence, then a full refund of the deposit, less a $40 admin fee will be made. If cancelled inside the 14 days , then the refund will be at the Managers discretion.
In the event of a no show no refund applies.
